I have undergone a committed learning under the Guru-Shishya Parampara of the oldest Yoga & Shidhha lineages which have its roots in South India. The learning sphere included Kriya Yoga, Intricate aspects of Pranayama, Hatha Yoga, Naada Yoga as well as Bhakti Yoga.

My main work forte' had been and is Yoga Therapy using specialized branches of Yoga.
Academically, I have been through Raja Yoga and Hatha Yoga through institute under Government of India and am Certified as a Wellness Coach by Apollo LIFE.

I have personally coached well known dignitaries in India, fashion designer with a 2 yrs of experience for Wellness spells and sessions Corporate Groups like ICICI, REEBOK, PHILIPS etc.
