I have been teaching for the past 14 years, primarily focusing on all subjects except Mathematics for students from Class 1 to 5. For students in Classes 6 to 12, I specialize in English. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Master’s degree in Economics, all of which have enriched my understanding of language and communication.
In addition to teaching, I have held leadership roles such as Headmistress at a college and Primary Section Coordinator, where I managed academic activities and staff. These roles sharpened my organizational, leadership, and communication skills, all of which positively influence my teaching approach.
A highlight of my journey was being selected for a prestigious internship with the Child Rights Commission in 2015, an opportunity granted to only 5 out of 300 applicants. This experience deepened my commitment to education and child development.
I prefer to conduct online classes, where I adapt my teaching style to suit each student's individual learning pace and style. Whether through structured lessons, interactive discussions, or concept-based approaches, I aim to create a flexible and student-centered learning environment.
I use PPTs and videos to make lessons engaging and accessible. My main focus is on making students comfortable enough to ask questions and participate actively, which I believe is crucial for effective learning.
Ultimately, my goal is to build students’ confidence and help them develop strong communication skills that will benefit them academically and beyond.
