Sushaant Rohela

I teach Mathematics to students from Classes 6 to 8 on UrbanPro and have around 3 years of teaching experience. My focus is on helping students build a strong understanding of mathematical concepts through clear explanations, examples, and regular practice. I aim to make Mathematics easier to understand and create a learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through their difficulties.

I have completed my Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and currently work as a technical support professional on solar projects. My professional experience has strengthened my problem-solving and analytical approach, which I also bring into my Mathematics teaching. Alongside my professional career, I have continued to pursue my passion for teaching and supporting students in Mathematics.

While teaching students from Classes 6 to 8, I focus on developing strong fundamentals and making sure students understand the logic behind the concepts they are learning. I explain topics step by step and use examples to help students see how mathematical methods are applied. I then provide practice questions so that students can reinforce their understanding and become more comfortable solving problems independently.

One of my strengths as a tutor is my ability to understand the difficulties a student may face when they are unable to follow a topic in school. I try to identify the specific point where the student is struggling instead of simply repeating the same explanation. I then simplify the concept and explain it patiently according to the student's level of understanding.

I believe that regular practice is important for developing confidence in Mathematics. During my classes, I encourage students to attempt problems themselves and discuss their approach with me. I check their understanding regularly and provide additional practice whenever required. This helps me identify areas that need more attention and ensures that students can gradually improve their problem-solving skills.

I follow a structured lesson plan for each class and conduct interactive sessions to keep students actively involved. I begin by explaining the concept clearly, followed by examples and practice questions. I use PPT presentations and a digital whiteboard to explain mathematical concepts, demonstrate solutions, and organise important steps clearly. Students are encouraged to participate, ask questions, and clarify their doubts throughout the session.

I offer both online and offline Mathematics classes and aim to make every session simple, engaging, and easy to follow. My goal is to help students strengthen their mathematical fundamentals, overcome difficulties in individual topics, develop better problem-solving skills, and gain the confidence to approach Mathematics with a clearer and more positive understanding.
