I have more than 9 years of experience in HR & Training and Development. I have worked with organizations like CARE International, Express KCS as Sr Human Resource Business Partner and Haygroup as Associate Consultant.

I am passionate dancer and have learned Salsa and other Social Dancing forms from Ashley Lobo Institute - Danceworx for almost 9 years. Alongside I have performed in Siri fort, Talkatora Stadium, Kamani Auditorium and Pragati Madan.

Furthermore I am a fitness freak and follow a strick fitness routine. I have been running half and full marathons, I am a triathlete and a skier as well. I have an adventure streak which allows to me to work hard towards my goal and never give up in difficult and stressful situations. Sports inspires me to be more determined and dedicated towards my achievements in life.

I am have also completed by Basic Mountaineering Course from Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports.

I conduct sessions for corporates, students and individuals on how to stay fit physically and mentally which includes Dancing, Sports, Adventure and Basic Life Skills to climb the ladder of success.
