Senior manager with Shubham Buildup Pvt. Ltd, a real estate firm with projects in the hill stations and pilgrimage sites.

â?¢ Handling all agreements, and other documents and communications with clients etc. pertaining to sales.

2004- 2013
Project Manager with HELP (Health Education and Learning Programmes).
HELP is an organization of doctors striving to impart Life Skills education, as well as create awareness about various health issues like AIDS, Substance Abuse, First aid etc.
Responsibilities included researching and managing content, for designing as well as conducting workshops on Life Skills and Growing up issues for adolescents, young people, parents and teachers. Some of the workshop were as follows:

â?¢ Managing examination stress.
â?¢ Time management.
â?¢ Effective Communication & interpersonal relationship skills.
â?¢ Body image and growing up issues.
â?¢ Good parenting.
â?¢ Child abuse.
â?¢ General introduction to Life Skills
â?¢ Dealing with students and motivation issues for teachers.
The workshops were designed to incorporate power point presentations, games, activities, role plays, etc. to make them educative as well as interactive.
Along with my work at HELP I simultaneously worked part time at the following organisations:
2007-2008: Personality Development Trainer with Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training
â?¢ Responsibilities included researching, sourcing and managing content for training programmes.
â?¢ Taking regular classes for general personality development
â?¢ Training students for group discussions,
â?¢ Training students for effective public speaking.
â?¢ Conducting sessions to enhance the studentâ??s confidence and skills to face interviews.

The assessments which were given to me by my immediate superiors about the quality of my classes, were always graded as â??excellentâ?? and â??goodâ??, based on the feedback taken from students in my classes.
2006-2007: Counsellor (Part time basis) with Cambridge School, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
2005-2011: Counsellor (Part time basis) with Universal Public School, Preet Vihar, East Delhi.
Responsibilities in both the schools included:
â?¢ Counselling students of middle and senior school in one to one sessions.
â?¢ Counselling parents, in one to one sessions.
â?¢ Conducting regular workshops for students on various adolescent issues and life skills.
â?¢ Conducting workshops for teachers and parents.
â?¢ In both the schools I introduced the UNODC( United Nations Office on Drugs and Crimes) school drug awareness programme, as well as the YUVA Life skills programme initiated by the Delhi State Council of Educational Research and Training.

4. I have been one of the specialists for an NIOS Personality Development programme which was aired on Gyan Bharti channel.
5. Conducted workshops on Life Skills for students at DIET Karkardooma

Along with all this I have done translation work from Hindi to English since I have a fairly good command over the English language and enjoy reading and writing.
