If you are worried about board change, then there is no much difference between the two. Since she is going in 1st class she is just starting so it will be easy for her to adjust moreover she has not studied much curriculum of Mumbai school as of KG and nursery only teach ABC and basic which are same for all boards.
It would help if you taught her English or Hindi as there is very less Marathi speaking teacher or staff in Delhi.
