IdentityI am a Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki practitioner and trainer with 3 years of teaching experience. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve physical fitness, mental clarity, and inner balance through a holistic approach to wellness.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Punjabi University, Patiala. I am also a certified Yoga and Meditation Trainer, having completed my training from the Paramanand Institute of Yoga Sciences and Research, Indore. In addition, I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 Reiki training from RVN Maharashtra, which allows me to guide students in both physical and energy-based healing practices.
My skill set includes Yoga, Raj Yoga, Reiki healing (both distance and hands-on), meditation, and general fitness exercises. I aim to combine these practices to provide a balanced and comprehensive approach to health and well-being for my students.
Over the past 3 years, I have worked with students from different age groups and backgrounds, helping them improve their physical strength, flexibility, and mental wellness. My sessions are designed to support stress relief, emotional balance, and overall lifestyle improvement.
I conduct both online and offline classes, offering flexibility to suit different schedules and preferences. I focus on creating a comfortable and positive environment where students can learn at their own pace and feel motivated to stay consistent.
