After seeing the above review that I had posted, Jasmeen called me on 2nd Mar 2023 and asked me to delete the review saying that how can I write such things as she was a girl. She said she will start the class from 7th March. Here I am, after one month of multiple calls (whenever she received the call, she would say we will start the class on so and so date) and messaging, writing the second part of the review. After almost a year, not only I have lost INR 24k but also I couldn't learn German which I feel is the worst part

"Wish there was a way to give a negative rating. Guys this lady or rather I should say this girl (JASMEEN KAUR ) is a big time fraud and a cheat. She took 24,000 (a mistake on my part that I transferred the entire amount) for the online German A1 and A2 level. She even took additional money from me for the exam (saying that it was compulsory to give in order to continue with A2) which she was supposed to conduct. She hardly took a couple of A1 lessons and was not at all professional- late for the class, issues with the laptop, irregular. After a few classes she suddenly disappeared without informing me and didn't respond to my messages or calls. Later she told me that she underwent a surgery and that she would need some time to recover. I was patient and always gave her the benefit of doubt assuming there might be some genuine issue at her end. However, it has been more than 2 months, she is yet to start with classes and she is not ready to give me the refund. She never receives the call and cares to call back. I realized that the classes she was taking were over and above her daily German classes which she conducted on behalf of some institute where she was employed. Probably she was just trying to earn some extra money by scamming me. Guys it was one of the most traumatic experiences I have ever had. She used to be a tutor at GGS (Language Guru) institute in Delhi, Ashok Nagar. I even contacted the institute, however they told me they can't help. At least they could have fired her."
