I have been actively practicing aerobics and fitness exercises for the past [4 years], focusing on improving stamina, flexibility, and overall health. I started with basic routines and gradually built my expertise by learning different aerobic styles, dance-based workouts, and breathing techniques. My sessions are designed to be fun, energetic, and beginner-friendly, so that anyone regardless of fitness level can participate comfortably.
As a young trainer, I bring energy and motivation to my classes and make sure students feel confident, comfortable, and enjoy their fitness journey. My goal is not only to help students stay fit but also to make aerobics a stress-relieving and enjoyable habit in their daily lives.
