Siddharth is not just a brilliant storyteller but also possesses a sharp insight through his understanding of human behavior studies through lenses such as Extended DiSC, and MBTi. He has sharpened his skills through various certifications and learnings varied methodologies to enable transformation including E.I., Transactional Analysis, NLP, Storytelling and also his personal practices of Meditation and Yoga.

His career encompasses over 10 years of extensive Learning and Development experience at various levels working with some of India’s business leaders in their respective fields. He has facilitation, managerial and consulting experience in hospitality, retail, travel, BPO, finance, ITES, and customer care. An experienced facilitator and instructional designer he believes in engaging participants by using interactive classroom, on the job training & “hands-on” approaches to enable them to learn leadership skills through various tools and techniques. He is passionate about connecting with people and understand their drivers and triggers which helps him to coach them on their possibility of achieving their potential.
