Ask a Question
Hey Aeesha,
I have applied for some job. How will I get a reply from there?
If you are open to critique (also means for the feedback), your line should be, "I've applied to a/few job(s). How will I get a reply from THEM, not THERE? It is like saying to come here or go there.
Now to answer your question, it depends on three things:
1. Your resume gets through screening, be it machine or human.
2. If they call you for a phone interview, then you have a chance to get their business email/ph/ contact information for the follow-up.
3. Standard industry norms are they usually go ahead with qualified candidates. The ones who couldn't make get a standard computer-generated feedback/response.

MTI is always there to stay. The scientific reason is your jawline, tongue twisting and other muscles around your mouth tend to settle until you turned 13. After that you always have a MTI. I travel a lot. I have seen an American (white guy) speaking Tamil with American MTI, but he knows how to speak Tamil. I have seen Indian kids born outside never had an indian MTI. You can always learn any language, but to get rid of MTI you need first 13 yrs of so that your muscles are trained accordingly.
