Background & Experience

I am a fitness, weight management, strength, and conditioning trainer with around 12 years of practical experience in fitness and training. I have a B.Tech degree and have developed my expertise through years of hands-on training, personal practice, and working with individuals with different fitness goals.

My experience includes strength training, weight management, muscle building, conditioning, functional training, workout planning, and improving overall fitness and physical performance. I focus on understanding each person’s current fitness level and goals before creating a practical and progressive training approach.

Although I do not currently hold a formal fitness certification, my 12 years of practical experience have given me strong knowledge and a hands-on understanding of exercise techniques, training methods, consistency, and fitness progression.

My goal is to help clients become stronger, fitter, healthier, and more confident through structured training, proper guidance, and consistency.
