I am a Personal Fitness Trainer with around 4 years of experience in the fitness industry and 3 years of experience in personal fitness training. I work with students and clients who want to improve their fitness, strength, body composition, weight management, and overall physical wellness. My focus is on understanding each person's individual goals and providing personalized workouts and guidance that can help them make consistent progress.

I have completed my 2nd PUC and have also completed a professional certification course from WTS Academy related to fitness training. This training has helped me develop practical knowledge of exercise, workout planning, fitness guidance, and client management. I continue to build on this knowledge through my practical experience of working with clients with different fitness levels and requirements.

For the past 1 year, I have been working as a freelance Personal Fitness Trainer at Resonate Fitness in Paschim Vihar. During my time in the fitness industry, I have worked with people with different goals, fitness levels, and physical requirements. This experience has taught me the importance of understanding each client individually rather than following the same training routine for everyone.

I create personalized workout plans based on a person's current fitness level, goals, body composition, lifestyle, and training requirements. Whether someone wants to improve strength, manage their weight, improve overall fitness, or work towards a specific physical transformation, I structure the training accordingly. I also focus on making workouts practical and progressive so that clients can gradually improve their performance and maintain consistency.

Over the course of my training experience, I have helped many clients improve their fitness, strength, body composition, and overall lifestyle. Seeing clients make noticeable progress has strengthened my approach to personal training and helped me understand how important proper guidance and motivation are during a fitness journey. I believe that realistic goals, regular training, and consistency play an important role in achieving sustainable results.

I provide both online and offline personal fitness training. During my sessions, I guide clients through exercises, explain the correct way to perform movements, monitor their progress, and make changes to their workout plans when required. I also motivate clients to stay consistent and help them understand how their training contributes to their overall fitness goals.

My goal as a Personal Fitness Trainer is to help every student or client become fitter, stronger, and more confident while developing sustainable fitness habits. I believe that fitness should be approached with patience, discipline, and proper guidance rather than short-term methods. I aim to provide personalized, result-oriented training that supports each individual's goals and helps them make meaningful improvements in their physical fitness and lifestyle.
