My utmost concern and approach is always based on guiding the children to first grasp expertise in reading with proper pronunciation and sense of punctuation. Once the child can read comfortably it gets easier for them to absorb the message of the lesson. At this stage the child must know how to learn besides what to learn. . I use acronyms , rhymes and simple stories to make the lesson understandable. Most importantly children must be at ease when they are with their teacher.
