I am a dedicated and experienced educator with over 30 years of teaching experience in subjects like English, Accountancy, Law, and Business Studies. My goal is to simplify complex concepts for my students and help them succeed in both academics and professional exams.

I am a qualified Company Secretary (CS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a B. Com graduate from Calcutta University. My strong academic and professional background enables me to deliver insightful and exam-oriented content to commerce students and CS aspirants.

Currently, I serve as a regular faculty member at the ICSI Gurugram Chapter, where I teach Company Law and other CS subjects. My long-standing association with the institute speaks volumes about my credibility and the trust students and institutions place in my teaching.

I offer both online and offline classes, catering to students from different locations and backgrounds. My sessions are well-structured, interactive, and aligned with the latest exam patterns and curriculum requirements. I make sure each student receives personal attention and academic support.

My teaching methodology is unique and experience-driven. I don’t rely on PPTs, instead I use a direct explanation and blackboard approach, which has helped many students understand the core logic of subjects and retain them better. I conduct regular assessments and problem-solving sessions to track progress.

While I currently do not provide certificates, my focus is on delivering high-quality education that helps students succeed in their academic and professional exams. The success of my students, many of whom are now professionals, is the real certificate of my efforts.
