With over 16 years of teaching and academic leadership experience across esteemed institutions such as Shiv Nadar School (Gurgaon), Delhi Public School (Sushant Lok), Pragati Public School (Dwarka), and Aakash Institute, I bring a deep commitment to academic excellence, innovation in science education, and holistic student development. Previously, I served as PGT Chemistry and Subject Coordinator at Shiv Nadar School, Gurugram, and also coordinated the International Award for Young People (IAYP) program. Throughout my career, I have led transformative initiatives, ranging from organizing national-level science exhibitions and managing Atal Tinkering Labs to conducting global collaborative learning sessions through Microsoft’s “Skype in the Classroom” platform. I have consistently integrated technology into pedagogy as a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) Master Trainer and have conducted numerous workshops to empower educators in tech-enabled instruction.
