I am a Visharad in Kathak (from Bhatkhande Sangit Vidyapeeth), President of Dance Society at Lady Shri Ram college (2013-14) and Choreography Secretary at Dance Society of LSR (2012-13). Currently learning Odissi and training in contemporary and hip-hop under Ryan Martyr; also part of a dance crew. Have choreographed many pieces and won title of 'Best Performer (girls), Delhi Dance Fever' and Best female dancer of DU at SRCC. Have taught dance at all age levels and all forms- at a summer camp for kids aged 3-14 at Mondrian House,Dehradun; choreographed an Annual production at Manav Bharti School for students of class 9th through 11th; women aged 25-40 (fitness motivated) and girls aged 19-21 (as president).
I am a patient teacher and a creative choreographer, and my passion for dancing and zest for life drives all my endeavours.

My experience with Shambhavee has been extremely rewarding. Firstly, she has a great space. The studio is very warm, beautiful, and has all feel-good creative vibes. It has a mirror and has been done up to suit a student's need perfectly. Shambhavee is very patient, understands the pace of the dancer very well and is wonderful guide. She is also customizes her classes based on what the student is looking for. Her command over Odissi and contemporary dance is equally strong, and she invests a lot in building emotional and physical strength of her students. I would totally recommend her to anyone considering learning western dance or Odissi from her .
