With twenty two years of experience and an MBA degree, has always been passionate about teaching. Currently, he is working at an institute where he teaches Bcom and MBA courses for Delhi University's IGNOU since 2002. In the past, he has taught MBA and BBA students for the last ten years and served as the Dean of Softdot Hi Tech Management and Training Institute.
I have had the opportunity to teach various subjects ranging from classes first to tenth, including Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Psychology, and History for students in grades eleventh and twelfth. Additionally, I have expertise in teaching Bcom and MBA students specializing in HRM.
I believe in conducting interactive classes where students actively participate and engage in the learning process. I strive to create an environment that encourages questions, discussions, and critical thinking. By incorporating real-life examples and case studies, I aim to make the subject matter relatable and practical for the students.
In order to facilitate effective learning, I provide comprehensive notes to the students. These notes serve as a valuable resource, summarizing the key concepts covered in class and serving as a reference material for their future studies. I ensure that the notes are well-structured, easy to understand, and cover all the essential aspects of the topic.
My teaching approach revolves around promoting a holistic understanding of the subjects I teach. I focus not only on theoretical knowledge but also on practical application and skill development. By incorporating group activities, presentations, and projects, I encourage students to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios and enhance their critical thinking abilities.
