I am a postgraduate psychology scholar, currently pursuing my Ph.D. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding and clarity. I believe learning and personal growth happen best when a student or client feels seen and supported, guided with patience. I've worked with students from school, helping them to understand concepts and social principles in real life. Alongside academics, I also assist individuals through counselling and emotional wellness sessions, by taking therapy and counselling sessions. I aim to make learning and healing practical.

Currently pursuing Ph.D in psychology, I have done a master's in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor's in Psychology and Sociology as a second major. I did accredited therapy certification courses from Udemy and internship work experiences (rehab and counselling centre) in clinical and counselling psychology.
