"Kapil and Abhimanyu are so helpful and coordinative . Senior management teams works well. Updating my previous feedback based on recent resolution. After escalation, the matter has now been addressed and I appreciate the support from the upper management. Specifically, Kapil and Abhimanyu stepped in and ensured that my concern was handled in a more professional and responsive manner. The communication improved significantly at this stage, and the issue was taken seriously, which helped in moving towards a resolution. "Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended. I strongly advise against enrolling in any course from this institute. I paid ₹46,000 for the SAP SuccessFactors EC Global Certification, but the experience has been nothing short of a scam. Despite repeated follow-ups over the past two months, there has been no proper response or support from the staff—only empty promises and false commitments. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and has caused me significant stress and frustration. As a paying customer, I expected clear communication, transparency, and proper guidance throughout the process, none of which were delivered. Save your time, money, and peace of mind—look elsewhere for genuine training and certification. "

"My experience is not good with SAP training academy. Trainer who have taken demo not available for classes, but they informed trainer is ready for sessions. After payment and multiple follow-up they arranged alternative trainer (student don't have choice to select the trainer ). Class coordinator only follow up with you for payment. Institute not sharing training materials and course syllabus. There is no mechanism to measure course completion. Based on trainer feedback they confirm progress of the courses. Better go for per class payment process, select individual trainer instead of institutions. In my case it is not value for money. Before joining courses they give false commitments, don't fall in the trap. Check thoroughly before joining this Institute. "
