"I enrolled for the SAP FICO course and paid ₹17,500 in fees. My experience with the academy has been extremely disappointing. At the time of admission, I was given assurances regarding course completion, mock interviews and placement assistance. However, the course was not completed as promised, and the promised mock interviews and placement assistance were also not provided. I have tried contacting the academy multiple times, but I have not received proper responses. In my experience, communication was much better at the time of taking the admission/payment, but after the payment, getting a response became very difficult. I have already spent ₹17,500 and feel that I did not receive the services that were promised to me. This has also resulted in a significant waste of my time and money. Based on my personal experience, I would advise prospective students to carefully verify the course terms, completion schedule, mock interview/placement commitments and refund policy in writing before taking admission. I am sharing this review so that other students can make an informed decision."

"Kapil and Abhimanyu are so helpful and coordinative . Senior management teams works well. Updating my previous feedback based on recent resolution. After escalation, the matter has now been addressed and I appreciate the support from the upper management. Specifically, Kapil and Abhimanyu stepped in and ensured that my concern was handled in a more professional and responsive manner. The communication improved significantly at this stage, and the issue was taken seriously, which helped in moving towards a resolution. I would suggest the team maintain this level of accountability and responsiveness from the beginning itself so that such situations can be avoided in future."
