I am a certified body massage therapist and a professional trainer, committed to promoting wellness through therapeutic massage and comprehensive training. Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of not just providing therapy to clients but also guiding aspiring massage therapists through structured and practical training programs. My goal is to help individuals develop real skills that are applicable in today’s health and wellness industry.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree, which gave me a strong foundation in communication and human relations—skills that are essential in both therapy and teaching. Alongside my academic background, I pursued a professional certification in body massage therapy to deepen my practical knowledge and specialize in holistic wellness. This combination allows me to approach both therapy and training with empathy, precision, and a strong understanding of individual needs.

In my sessions, I prioritize practical application over rote learning. Whether I’m conducting therapy or training, my approach is hands-on and focused on technique. For students, I ensure they not only learn the "how" but also understand the "why" behind each massage method. This clarity builds their confidence and prepares them to start or grow their careers in the wellness field.

My training modules cover a wide range of massage techniques, anatomy basics, pressure point application, and client communication. I offer both online and offline sessions, depending on what suits the learner best. Each session is interactive and tailored to the student's pace and learning goals. I firmly believe that personal attention and consistent practice are key to mastering this craft.
