I am Sahil Sidhu, a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist with over 5 years of experience in the fitness industry. My passion for fitness led me to obtain multiple certifications, including a Diploma in Personal Fitness from K11, Sports Nutrition from K11, Human Performance Nutrition from K11, and TRX Suspension Training. With this diverse knowledge, I specialize in strength training, fat loss, muscle building, and functional fitness, helping my clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

My fitness journey started in 2019, when I began working in gyms as an independent freelance trainer. Over the years, I have trained more than 125+ clients, helping them overcome fitness challenges such as PCOD reversal, pre-diabetic condition reversal, and improving energy levels. I firmly believe that fitness is not just about exercise; it is about making sustainable lifestyle changes that lead to long-term health benefits. I offer both offline home training and online sessions, with each session lasting 1 hour.
