I am a traditional Pranayama Practitioner and intended to preach only what I have experienced and all that I am practicing,
Every body is different and it requires different attention, so tailoring of the practice with scientific view is a need of an hour.
I started my journey with a 96 years old and reputed ashram kaivalyadham at lonavala and witnessed all the changes with yogic environment. Studied under the guidance of rishi's & muni's like gurus. I am great full for such an authentic and useful knowledge.
