"Very poor experience. The office connected me with some person who they said was a counsellor. They did not brief me about the expected structure of the meeting, and this counsellor was rude, short and obnoxious to us, the client, as he wanted a particular format; of which we were not aware. Instead of politely telling us, or to the Rostrum team, that he wanted a particular format, he hung up rudely. The Rostrum facilitator just froze and then tried to bluster his way through. Vey sad experience! Sometimes young people can be more traditional and fixed in their mindsets than others. "
