With over a decade of professional work experience in banking and aviation, I have recently transitioned into the wellness space after completing my Yoga Instructor Certification from Hatha Yoga Institute. My passion for yoga began as a personal practice for balance and well-being, which gradually evolved into a calling to guide others. I am trained in foundational Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation, with the ability to design beginner-friendly sequences suitable for online and offline teaching. My previous corporate experience has equipped me with strong communication, presentation, and people skills—qualities that help me connect with students, explain postures clearly, and create a comfortable learning environment.
As a fresher in the professional yoga field, I have already conducted multiple volunteer sessions for friends, family, and community groups, receiving positive feedback for patience, clarity, and encouragement. I aim to blend my organisational discipline with yogic principles to deliver impactful, safe, and enjoyable classes for learners of all levels.
