I am an English educator with over 20 years of teaching experience, specializing in English for Class 11 and Class 12 students. Throughout my teaching journey, I have helped students strengthen their language skills, improve their conceptual understanding, and prepare effectively for their academic goals. I believe that English is not just a subject but an essential skill that helps students communicate confidently, think creatively, and express their ideas effectively.

I have completed my Master of Arts (M.A.) along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), which have provided me with strong subject knowledge and a deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies. My academic qualifications, combined with decades of classroom experience, enable me to design structured lessons that address the diverse learning needs of students and help them achieve consistent academic improvement.

Over the past 20 years, I have taught numerous Class 11 and Class 12 students, guiding them in areas such as literature, language skills, writing abilities, grammar, and examination preparation. I focus on developing a strong foundation while helping students improve their confidence in understanding texts, expressing their thoughts clearly, and approaching examinations with better strategies. My experience has helped me understand the challenges students face and provide them with the right guidance to overcome them.

I have also been associated with CBSE for many years and have contributed to the evaluation process of board examinations. I have served as a Centre Head Examiner, taking responsibility for the accurate and systematic assessment of CBSE answer sheets. This experience has given me valuable insights into examination patterns, marking approaches, and the expectations required for students to perform well in board examinations.

My teaching methodology is structured, interactive, and student-focused. I prepare well-planned lessons that combine conceptual explanations, discussions, practical examples, and regular practice. I focus on improving students' language skills, communication abilities, and writing techniques while ensuring that they develop a clear understanding of every topic. I use PowerPoint presentations and a digital whiteboard to make online classes more engaging and help students understand concepts visually.
