Thanks Devansh. As a student, I had always been told that a student needs to do well. But I always felt that the it's the other way round. Its the success or failure of a teacher that is the result. A student getting good marks is a badge of honour and the Certificate of Success for a teacher while a poorly performing student is actually a failure of the teacher. If I, as a teacher, can clear the concepts of my students and make them inclined to study English, then I have passed the examination. It's the success or failure of a teacher, not a student!
