During my course in Newcastle, I was assisted to do group work for business module. I was working in a team of six people and all were international students. My tutor selected me as a team leader for our presentation. Being a team leader, I tried to develop the communication between my team members. Though, we all were international it was very necessary to break the silence and contact with each other like a formidable team. Moreover, effective communication helped me to organize every task and divide it equally among team members. There were many group meetings and it was wonderful experience that everybody appreciated my lead and decisions. In conclusion, the presentation went well, and we managed to gain second position.
