"I was a fatty guy when I joined the guy was around 82 kgs when I started working out but the result is not coming then I meet MR Punit I always seen him working out in gym. One day I asked him to help me in the gym. He helped me and on that day my workout was great I felt good very next day I asked him to teach me some exercises he shows me some of the best and basic exercises I felt great then I asked him.
