I have been practicing yoga asana since the age of 13. I understand the need of the student and then make them practice. Yoga is not just asana, it is much more. The more you do it, the more you love it. Best to start the earliest. Unlike, gym or aerobics it does not show fast results in some cases but rather it is a long lasting relationship. I teach on weekends if needed. Meditation is the best.
