Priya - . Specialization in diabetic, thyroid, arthritis, weight

I teach yoga to students of all levels, focusing on improving flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Over the past three years, I have guided students in developing a consistent and mindful yoga practice, helping them achieve both physical fitness and mental balance. My aim is to make yoga accessible, practical, and effective for everyone, regardless of age or experience.

I hold a Bachelor of Computer Science (B.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Home Science (B.A./B.Sc.), and I am also a certified yoga therapist. With over 15 years of experience in teaching and guiding students, I bring a deep understanding of body mechanics, mindfulness techniques, and therapeutic approaches to my yoga sessions.

I provide online yoga classes that cover a wide range of practices, including weight loss, fat loss, power yoga, Hatha yoga, Yog Nidra, meditation, internal healing, fertility support (PCOD/PCOS), and prenatal-postnatal care. Each session is designed to address the specific needs and goals of my students while promoting long-term health and well-being.

Throughout my experience as a yoga therapist, I have worked with students of all ages and backgrounds, helping them improve their physical strength, flexibility, mental clarity, and overall confidence. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing students achieve tangible improvements in health and adopt yoga as a regular part of their lifestyle.

My teaching methodology is structured, practical, and hands-on. I combine detailed lesson plans with interactive guidance, ensuring that students understand each pose, movement, and breathing technique. I focus on step-by-step progression, adapting exercises to individual abilities and ensuring safe, effective practice.

I emphasize mindfulness, internal healing, and holistic wellness in all my sessions. Students are encouraged to connect with their bodies, understand their limitations, and develop sustainable habits that support overall health.

Classes are conducted online, providing flexibility for students to learn from the comfort of their homes. I aim to create a supportive and motivating environment where each student feels confident to explore yoga, improve their well-being, and experience the transformative benefits of a consistent practice.
