Hi, I’m Priya, your personal fitness coach. I’m a Level 4 Certified Personal Trainer, EREPS-registered (UAE) and certified through SPEFL-SC.

Fitness has been a part of my life for 35+ years, and I’ve been working professionally as a certified trainer for the last 2+ years. I continue to build my expertise through certifications and education in functional fitness, biomechanics, mobility, kettlebell training and strength & conditioning, among other areas.

I offer online coaching globally and offline personal training in Delhi. My coaching is female-centric, while I also work with a number of male clients. I specialise in working with women 35+, including doctors, corporate professionals, entrepreneurs and homemakers. I also work with beginners, intermediate and advanced clients, as well as people returning to exercise or working around previous injuries and limitations.

My approach goes beyond simply giving you a workout. I work with your lifestyle so that fitness fits into your life — not the other way around. Alongside training, I provide practical nutrition guidance and help you build sustainable habits that support fat loss, strength, mobility, longevity and long-term health, without relying on extreme dieting.

My coaching methodology is what I call “Study Your Body.” I teach you how your body moves, how it responds to different exercises, what works for you and what doesn’t, and how to train with better awareness and technique. My goal is not to make you dependent on a trainer for life, but to give you the knowledge and confidence to become independent with your basic training.
