Hi, I’m Prerna, a passionate Yoga Instructor with over 5 years of experience in teaching Yoga to students of all age groups. I specialize in both online and offline classes, catering to individuals and groups alike. My sessions aim to improve physical health, mental clarity, and inner peace through authentic yogic practices.

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga and am also a YTTC-certified instructor, which equips me with in-depth knowledge of yogic principles, anatomy, and various therapeutic approaches. These qualifications help me deliver sessions that are safe, holistic, and aligned with classical yoga traditions.

I have been actively teaching yoga in schools for the past five years, alongside two years of online teaching experience. This journey has helped me understand the diverse needs of students and tailor sessions that enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. My school-based experience also enables me to work efficiently with children and young learners.

Apart from yoga, I’ve had a rich journey in the world of martial arts. I am a black belt holder in Karate and have won a Gold Medal, showcasing my dedication to fitness and discipline. I have also been a national-level participant in Yoga and Martial Arts events, which has added to my practical understanding of body mechanics and movement.

I love to conduct group or individual sessions, both online and offline. I strongly believe that yoga is for everyone, and my approach is rooted in inclusivity and care. Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, my classes offer a balanced blend of traditional and modern techniques.
