I’m Pooja Yadav, an experienced Program Manager and mentor with a strong background in Computer Science, EdTech, and student success. I have worked with students from diverse backgrounds and helped them build confidence, technical skills, and career clarity.
I specialize in Computer Science fundamentals, programming guidance, interview preparation, communication, and career mentoring. Along with technical learning, I focus on making students comfortable, motivated, and consistent in their journey.
I have experience managing and mentoring students in the EdTech industry, including admissions, learning support, stakeholder management, and placements. I believe every student can grow with the right guidance, practical learning approach, and continuous motivation.
My teaching style is simple, interactive, and focused on real understanding rather than memorization. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel free to ask questions and improve step by step.
Apart from teaching, I am passionate about learning, content creation, and helping students prepare for future career opportunities in technology and AI.
