My approach is student-centered, and I often customize routines according to individual goals such as flexibility improvement, stress management, better posture, and healthy living. Apart from physical practice, I encourage mindfulness and mental relaxation through meditation and breathing exercises. I believe yoga helps create balance between body and mind. My goal as a yoga teacher is to inspire people to adopt a healthier, more peaceful, and disciplined lifestyle through regular yoga practice.
