Yoga has been a part of my life since childhood, shaping not just my physical fitness but also my overall outlook on life. What began as a daily practice soon grew into a deep passion that guided my journey into teaching. For the past 8 years, I’ve been sharing this beautiful discipline with students of all age groups, helping them build balance, flexibility, and mental clarity through Yoga.

Academically, I hold a B.Tech and M.Tech in Engineering, along with an M.A. in Yoga. My Master’s in Yoga has given me both the theoretical grounding and practical understanding necessary to guide my students effectively. This unique combination of technical and yogic education allows me to bring a structured, analytical, and mindful approach to my teaching.

Over the years, I have worked with individuals from various backgrounds — from beginners seeking better health to advanced practitioners preparing for competitions. My classes are designed to meet the unique needs of each student, combining asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques. I take pride in creating a supportive environment where every student can progress at their own pace.

One of my proudest achievements is being a National Champion in Yoga, representing my state at national-level competitions. These experiences have not only strengthened my personal practice but also inspired me to guide others toward competitive excellence. I have successfully trained many students up to the national level and continue to prepare aspiring yogis for international championships.

In my teaching, I emphasize discipline, consistency, and self-awareness. Every class I conduct is a balance between physical rigor and mental calmness. Whether it’s online or offline, my sessions are interactive and engaging, focusing on posture correction, breath control, and holistic well-being.

For the past 25 years, I have been proudly associated with the Yoga Federation of India, through which I help students pursue certified courses and prepare for examinations and competitions. My goal is to inspire people to see Yoga not merely as an exercise, but as a lifelong journey toward harmony, strength, and inner peace.

Teaching Yoga continues to be one of the most fulfilling parts of my life. Each student I train is a reflection of this journey — a blend of tradition, perseverance, and transformation. I look forward to guiding many more individuals as they discover their own connection with Yoga.
