I was trained by the British Council, where I gained deep understanding of communicative language teaching, pronunciation techniques, and learner-centered strategies. Over the years, I have successfully taught students ranging from absolute beginners to intermediate learners. My focus has always been on building confidence, improving fluency, and helping learners think in English rather than translating from their native language. I use a practical and interactive approach—role plays, real-life conversations, topic discussions, and vocabulary-building activities. I also correct grammar and pronunciation in a supportive way, so students feel motivated to speak more. Many of my students were job seekers, school/college students, homemakers, and professionals. I designed personalized lessons based on their needs—whether it's interview English, workplace communication, or day-to-day conversation. My classes are a mix of English and the learners' native language (usually Hindi) in the beginning, to ensure understanding, and gradually shift to full English to improve fluency. I continuously track progress and give individual feedback, which has helped many students speak more confidently in public, in interviews, and in daily life.
