I have solid practical experience in the fitness industry, having trained clients at reputed institutions such as Resonate Fitness, D Body Temple Gym, and Power cage Gym.
My greatest strength lies in my Certifications. I am an ACE and FIT Certified Personal Trainer, and I have completed multiple workshops from ACE (American Council on Exercise), including Injury Prevention, Weight Management, and Exercise Programming. Additionally, I am First Aid and CPR certified, as client safety is my top priority.
My main focus is not just coaching exercises, but designing customized fitness programs based on each client's unique body type and goals. I specialize in Weight Training, Calisthenics, and Nutrition Advice.
