I hold a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) and am NIS-qualified as a Boxing and Fitness Trainer. I also have training in sports nutrition, which allows me to guide students not only in workouts but also in maintaining a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Over the years, I have trained students in both amateur and professional boxing. I focus on building strong fundamentals in boxing techniques, including footwork, punching, defense, and conditioning, while also improving overall fitness levels.
