When I was in school I didn't attended any tuitions or coaching , I studied on my own , seeking help from teachers , self analyzing my strengths and weaknesses and being attentive to the details. Sincerity and consistency are my strengths. Regarding students I firstly evaluate their way of learning and grasping the concepts because every child is unique and so is his way of learning and his pace so I try to make him/her enjoy the process of learning , studying , preparing for examinations and always focus on learning concepts not mugging up. Also I try making my students self reliant in strategizing and planning well for their school exams so as to maximize their results and also this makes them future ready . Also I use innovative ways by bringing in the real life and contemporary examples to make students understand difficult lessons. Also I believe though marks don't necessarily proves the intelligence of a child, but it definitely shows discipline, hard work and consistency a child has learnt --- which are essential skills to lead a fulfilled life. So additionally my students learn good life lessons also.
