Overview

I am a certified yoga instructor with three years of experience. I have completed an RYT 200 hours course and hold a Diploma in Yoga. My focus has always been on personal growth, specifically on mental well-being. To further my knowledge and skills, I attended the Morarji Desai program, which proved to be an invaluable experience.
Initially, I began teaching as an individual trainer at a training centre. However, I eventually branched out and started teaching individually as well. I have had the pleasure of guiding over eighty students in yoga, both online and offline. My teaching style is practical-based, meaning I believe in hands-on learning and demonstration.
I aim to help my students develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of yoga practice. While I have yet to have the opportunity to publish any written materials, I have gained a wealth of knowledge through my own experiences and training. I constantly research and learn new techniques to improve my practice and teaching methods. Teaching yoga has not only helped my students physically but has also positively impacted their mental well-being. It is incredibly fulfilling to see my students develop their practices and grow in their understanding of yoga. As I continue this journey, I am excited to see where it takes me. My ultimate goal is to help as many people as possible experience the benefits of yoga, both physically and mentally.

It is possible for someone who practices Bhakti Yoga to eventually experience a state of non-dual awareness, where the boundaries between the self and the divine dissolve. However, this is not a guaranteed outcome of Bhakti Yoga, and not all Bhakti practitioners may be interested in or seek this state of realization.

Ultimately, the path to self-realization is unique for each individual, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. It is important to find a path that resonates with you and that you feel drawn to, and to approach your practice with sincerity and dedication.
