With over 7 years of teaching experience, I specialize in Hindi language instruction and offer additional guidance in Sociology, Political Science, and Economics for students from Class 9 to 12. My teaching approach blends academic rigor with practical understanding, ensuring that my students not only score well in exams but also develop a lasting command over the subject. Whether it’s vocabulary enhancement, grammar drills, or spoken Hindi fluency, I tailor my lessons to meet the diverse needs of school students, competitive exam aspirants, and even international learners.
Though I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, my journey into teaching began during my preparation for the Civil Services Examination. Hindi was one of my optional subjects, and it was during that intensive period of study that I developed a deep connection with the language. This academic foundation and personal interest became the springboard for my teaching career. Despite not having formal teaching certification, years of consistent teaching experience have helped me refine my methods and build confidence in delivering high-quality lessons.
One of the highlights of my academic journey was clearing the UPSC Mains exam. The preparation process gave me a strong grounding in humanities subjects and significantly enriched my understanding of Indian languages and society. These insights now shape my classroom delivery, especially when teaching subjects like Sociology and Political Science. I also conduct classes for international students, helping them understand not just the language, but also the cultural nuances of Hindi, making learning more meaningful and context-based.
My classes are conducted online, and I take full advantage of digital tools to create a lively and interactive environment. I prefer using a whiteboard for visual explanation and provide regular handwritten and printed notes to reinforce learning. For students preparing for competitive exams or spoken Hindi, I focus heavily on application-based sessions—role-playing, real-life conversation practice, and vocabulary-building exercises—to improve fluency and confidence.
I believe in teaching that is both structured and adaptable. I follow a lesson plan but ensure flexibility to accommodate the pace and interest of each student. Discussions, Q&A sessions, and practical examples are regular features of my sessions. Hindi, like any language, thrives when spoken and heard often, so I emphasize pronunciation, sentence formation, and contextual understanding in every class, especially for spoken Hindi learners.
Over the years, I have received several awards and certificates during my school and college years, but the true achievement lies in the progress of my students. I recommend reference books based on the student's level and goal and provide constant support to help them grow. Whether someone wants to prepare for a civil service exam, improve academic scores, or simply speak Hindi fluently, my classes are designed to help them reach that goal with clarity and confidence.
