I am a Chinese language tutor with 3 years of teaching experience. I specialise in teaching Mandarin Chinese to learners who want to build a strong foundation in the language. I am passionate about learning and mastering Mandarin myself, and I enjoy helping students develop their confidence in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding Chinese.

I have completed a Diploma in Chinese Language, which has provided me with a strong foundation in Mandarin and supported my development as a language educator. I also work as a Mandarin Translator, which gives me practical exposure to the language and allows me to continuously improve my vocabulary, comprehension, pronunciation, and overall communication skills.

I can teach Mandarin up to Level 3 and focus on helping learners develop a balanced understanding of the language. My classes cover important areas such as pronunciation, vocabulary, sentence formation, reading, writing, and practical communication. I believe that a strong foundation is essential when learning a new language, so I introduce concepts gradually and ensure that students are comfortable with the basics before moving ahead.

My teaching approach is structured, interactive, and personalised. I prepare lesson plans according to the student's current learning level, objectives, and pace. I use practical conversations and everyday examples to help learners understand how Mandarin is actually used. I also encourage students to participate actively and practise what they learn during each session.

Pronunciation and regular practice are important parts of my classes. I help students become familiar with Mandarin sounds and vocabulary and provide opportunities to use new words and expressions in conversations. I believe that consistent practice helps students retain what they learn and gradually become more comfortable communicating in the language.

I conduct my classes online and use PPT presentations and a digital whiteboard to make lessons organised and easy to follow. I combine explanations with examples, conversation practice, vocabulary exercises, and interactive activities. I also adapt my teaching style whenever necessary so that students can learn at a pace that is comfortable and productive for them.

My goal is to make Mandarin Chinese simple, practical, and approachable for learners. Through structured lessons, personalised guidance, practical conversations, pronunciation practice, and consistent support, I aim to help students build a strong foundation in Mandarin and develop the confidence to understand and use the language effectively.
