Normally going with the students pace and asking questions or debating over the topics, so class remains interactive and and my students had developed curiosity so that they can 80% complete their own without me and rest they come to me so they can become perfect. During recent years of my teaching my students adore me as much as I adore them not bcz only I behave like their friends teaching them topics but being a teacher bcz knowledge can only be achieved through curiosity not by rattafication and being a headache normaly my students are either interested in deep research field and curative rather than being a job seeker bcz when you have knowledge u are wanted if you are job ready you become a labour only great minds goes to ISRO, DRDO, NASA, And verious diffrent research fields not choosing biology to become doctor choosing it to understand it and go a step beyond. Bcz what we usually do is limit ourselves and pin it to a job oriented situation rather become a researcher u can pursue phd with govt scholarship
