It’s good that you are clear with what you want to pursue in future. For automobile engineering you need to do automobile engineering I.e B.Tech course from a trustworthy university.
If you are from Delhi NCR then I know GNIOT (Greater Noida Institute of Technology) has this course and the college is affiliated by AKTU(Abdul Kalam Technical University).
