Mayank Chauhan

Born and brought up in the capital of India-DELHI, I was a part of the rat race just like the rest of the city. Coming from a traditional family I was always deeply connected with the rich culture of our country and this I can say has brought me closer to YOGA. As a child, I participated in various yoga competitions but as I grew older I became a part of what I call-the rat race, but fitness was something that always caught my attention. I trained hard for 5 years in yoga and body weight training and later on found my interest so I went on to do some courses in yoga. This brought me back to my roots and I DECIDED to take up Yoga as my profession.
As a trainer, I focus on bringing a unique sense of achievement and empowerment in my students. I make sure to give my best as a teacher and take every session like its my first session. I believe in dedicated, continuous and consistent practice which with me experience brings about one pointedness and removes the various potholes in the path of yoga.
