Over 2 decades of experience in the corporate industry, customer service,
soft skills, behavioral skills, in the BPO/ITS industry. Certified Master trainer soft skills and POSH certified, CEF certified Voice Assessor
Practicing independently in training since March 2014. Prior to
that I have worked full time with Wipro, Keane World Zen (NTT DATA), Convergys,
Accenture over the period of 12 years.
Extensive experience both as a trainer and as a team leader. Handling the training function adds depth to her training delivery. Relevant experience and relate very well to the challenges that
front line managers and middle managers face at the workplace.
Being a trainer that is both passionate and committed to training,
I have chosen to explore more challenging avenues in training and
seek growth and development as a trainer in the area of actual
training delivery. New audiences attracts me and fresh challenges
in different industries.
Have actively been involved with training instructors and
supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with
employees as well as developing testing and evaluation procedures.
