I am a dedicated Guitar Teacher with over 7 years of teaching experience, specializing in acoustic and beginner-to-intermediate level training. My teaching approach focuses on practical learning, where students start playing songs early while gradually understanding chords, strumming patterns, finger exercises, and rhythm techniques. I emphasize proper hand positioning, timing, and consistency to ensure steady progress. I also guide students in developing ear training, chord transitions, and basic music theory related to guitar. I have 5 years of experience teaching Hindustani classical vocal music at a beginner to basic-intermediate level. My training focuses on building a strong foundation through swar (notes), alankars, and basic ragas, ensuring that students develop proper voice control, pitch accuracy, and a clear understanding of classical structure. I guide students through essential concepts such as sargam, voice culture, breath control, and tonal stability. My teaching method is gradual and practical, helping learners first understand and then confidently perform basic ragas with correct expressions. I also emphasize regular practice (riyaz), as it is the key to improvement in classical music. Each lesson is structured according to the student’s pace, making it comfortable for beginners while also helping them progress consistently. With a patient and supportive approach, I aim to make Hindustani classical vocal learning accessible, enjoyable, and deeply enriching for every student.
