I am an MBA, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist since 2010. I have more than 15 years of experience in Personal Training. I have done work with couple of corporates which include Jet Airways, Fitness First India pvt Ltd , Mantan Fitness Lounge and i had setup one Fitness Academy too in past where we used to certify aspiring Trainer for various courses too but unfortunately that Business collapsed because of covid and other reasons.

currently i am running a small gym too by the name of fitness verse studio too. I am open to Train people for general Fitness as well as for specific Strength and conditioning Programme too. I am also open to train from 16 years Adolescent to Senior Citizen Category till 70 Years. I also believe that you can gradually improve your Health and well being too. I am open to train all kinds of people.
