I didn’t become a professional model by chance. Nearly a decade ago, I learned that real transformation begins with taking care of your body and mind. That discipline opened doors in the media world I had never imagined.
A few years later, life tested me in a different way. I was diagnosed with a genetic chronic liver condition, Hepatitis B. What helped me overcome it was the foundation I had already built—consistent training, mindful nutrition, and respect for my health. Winning that battle reshaped my purpose. Fitness stopped being about appearance and became about resilience, longevity, and self-control.
Today, I train with intent and am preparing for my first half marathon at the Lotus Juhu Half Marathon. As a certified nutritionist, I combine smart training with sustainable nutrition.
